Su satisfacción es nuestra prioridad, por ello le comunicamos que:

1.Sólo se realizan cambios de haber stock inmediato de la misma prenda solicitada, de no haber la prenda en stock puede solicitar una nota de crédito (la nota de crédito es del monto del total de la prenda que desea realizar el cambio, el cual puede elegir cualquiera de las prendas que tengamos en stock).

2. Si la prenda se encuentra con alguna falla de confección. Ponerse en contacto vía Instagram para poder efectuar el cambio.

3. No hacemos devoluciones, ni cancelaciones de pedido
